8.05 on a radial, JW Automotive

Can't believe there is nothing here about such a feat. The JW Automotive VL went 8.05 on a radial, SOHC. Mind boggling achievement in itself and it won't be long till we see a 7 second radial tyred VL. Credit to all the guys involved

I'm pretty sure it's jw automotive's own car that they built, it's tubbed etc. they also raced it in 10.5 @ jamboree and ran 8.2 I think

Radials 8.23@169.7 8.05@169.5 10.5 8.24@167 (winner of mtf 10.5 brissy jamboree) first time on track day after licensing and took out the event.

yeh well done mate ,awesome job and looks soooo tuff! and it had a 7 in it too ,coz the 60ft was .02 faster on the 8.05run, i believe. come on bring on a 7!!!!!

I would like to see a big precision turbo on this e.g a new 6870 cea or the 8285 or similar Plenty supras in the states running 180mph plus in 3500 pound cars with IRS with these turbos Most impressive vl in oz atm
