i would run a big single, less fittings and hose to buy and easier to install.

that's what im looking at big single . is it 2 pumps and if 1 pump if fails does more engine damage than a single ?

Have a look at the holley dominator 1400 or 1800 . You can set it up to run as a single and have the second pump to come when on boost.

I have been told they are not as noisy as most pumps and having the option of running one pump for cruising and second pump on demand means your fuel is not running hot. Best thing is it looks like a single pump.

the only thing about dual stage pumps is if it ****s up you will lean out up top end.... the aeromotive i have is the biggest they have and i have never heated up the fuel even going on 1 1/2 hour drives.... the only down fall to it is it is very noisey

so its safer wit single pump than 2 pumps

I would of thought having a second pump would be better then running a single if you had worse case scenario of a pump failure.

no im talking about the pump with the second stage in it for higher rpm and boost,,,

This is under my boot floor pan, with the 1400 holley dominator, I've got an RPM cut for low fuel pressure, engine temp and overboost - so the engine's safe to give hell.

Reason I went with the new holley billet pumps is it came highly recommended by fuelworx and aftermarket industries who install these on most of their high HP cars. Same pump is installed on cutsik burnout car. Price is also very competitive to most single large fuel pumps.
