im pretty sure the best is E85 platinum which you are garranteed to get your 85% ethanol as the pump varies, Why dont you look at going E100?

What do you guys think of united E85? From what I have read on the nett it generally returns results a lot more than 85% ethanol. Has anyone actually tested it?

Power Plus sell 116 octane E85 at really good prices, and it is made fresh, it doesnt sit around for too long at the warehouse. Martini also sell E85 byt the drum 116 octane, but its nearly twice the price of the Power Plus fuel, only difference I noticed between the 2 was from power plus to Martini we had to lean it out a little more for the Martini, stuff all, but just a bit less fuel in the tune. And the exhaust gas temps were down, around 30-50 degrees. Didnt make any more or less power between the two. Personally, Im going back to the power plus fuel as its literally half the price of the Martini and no disadvantages with power, and the EGT's were more than reasonable with the Power Plus Fuel. Power Plus are in Derrimut.

Cheers guy, I was looking at the martini 116 but yer its like 700 a drum and when you run a 140l tank and need to take 2 drums will end up costing a bit lol i'll look in to the powerplus . The only thing that puts me off the united e85 is it can vary abit where the stuff in the drum should alway be the same right ? thanks

I have been using the stuff from racefuels.com.au Many people use it up here aswell as powerplus, it costs $2.50 per litre. I run VP M2 in the fuel also. I will probably change to powerplus now as its closer to my house to pick it up Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

I have plenty of comparison data (hours of dyno comparisons) from drum E85 (3 brands) and United pump E85 and there is no reason not to use pump. We dont use Caltex as it has been inconsistent. There is alot of misinformation out there so do yourself a favour and buy a $20 E85 fuel tester. My own personal car runs pump United and all our serious VIC based cars run UNITED, For those cars that run in interstate (TAS, NT etc) that dont have access to decent pump fuels (or cant carry enough during transport) we revert to drum. Drum obviously allows consistent fuel source if bought in different states... saves loading a trailer with 120litres of fuel too.. United has been a constant 85% in the SE area for the last 4 months... i buy an average of 100-150l a week. Lots of random E85 info in this here: http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/for...quered-tuning/ (http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/topic/366722-e8598-flex-fuel-mission-complete-thanks-to-chequered-tuning/)

Martini has 2 E85's out now, but both way more expensive than Power Plus. I prefer the drum fuel for peace of mind.
