as you know my vk calais was stolen a few weeks ago and parked down the road, well last night again it was stolen and parked in the same spot, looks like the thief was doing donuts or something. now you dont need a key to start the car. C*NTS

is it just the barrel that needs fixing? because that's a 30 minute, give or take, home job.

some nice person on here (ME!) did a tech on how to do it. http://www.calaisturbo.com.au/showthread.php?t=31352 It will fix the problem, but its still a dodgy design and easy to snap the lock again.. A little trick they use to snap them is grab onto the tab comming off the lock with a set of plyers or what ever and turn, it snaps the pins. if you get a hacksaw and cut it say.. halfway though, When they try and do it the tab just snaps off.. a handy trick.
