Bought a new project car recently, couldnt say no with the price Guy recons it was running before he disconnected the motor for the respray, not sure why cause he didnt even spray the bay :S Got the motor running, starts on the first click, sounds better then my old calais =[, auto seems ok too but didnt really drive it too far my neighbours are faggots, cbf being reported. Gotten the front and back windows replaced and sealed with new moulds and windows. Replaced the existing interior which included beige door trims and shotty leather seats, cappachino sprayed painted dash (sanded down adn spraeyd actully looks good) vinyl roof linking (yucky poo). New interior is a blue, with velour roof linings, blue carpet, mint back seats and two berlina seats, looks good with the cream dash strangely. The wiring was a mess too but i replaced it with a non malestered loom and everything works fine now Removed my air conditioning unit too as it was all basicly missing, so removed it all from unde the dash except the heater, although its not going to work =[ broke the slider thing i think :S Need to buy those 12v demister things - repco want 140 to order them in, $20 on ebay for a decent one so awaiting friend with ebay. (For roadworthy) Bumpers were actully in better condition then i first thought, will just use it till funds permit me to repsray them all. Compelteted the exhaust too, genie extractors connected to 2.5" Redback hi flow cat to 2.5' exhuast, needs a tip Feel free to comment or give advice TO DO's Install the turbo setup WTB : ONLY S/E Melbourne - WHEELS 19" preferably. its no BT1. if it was the engine bay wouldn't be black surely. anyway looks like a good project. n/a engine parts should be easy to come by, put up a wtb thread most of these guys will give those parts to you, i know i threw out a lot of that crap when i wrecked a n/a.

good project, chuck some chasers on it and it will look WAY better i rekon i got a washer/overflow bottle and std intake piping and airbox... if you want it pm me an offer

yeah 5spdvl must have taken them down, he was hosting them before he sold them. WIll get some photos up sooner or later, phone decided to die on me too.

Not too sure, really only grabbed the blue seats cause they were good condition, may just slap covers on them not sure :S. Will prob grab the carpet and rubber door seals. Can hold till tuesday?

Hey dude, clear you PM inbox - I have a bunch of interior parts for you.

Abit of times gone into this bad boy over the last two days. Basicly completed the motor today,rewiered the whole thing, took a while but was worth it hooked up the radiator, slapped the extractors on her and started her up. Sounded pritty good before the idle dropped and she died. Couldnt get her to start again though, think it was flat battery, accidently left the accessories on when we popped out for a few minutes. Just need to adjust twin AU thermo fans to fit and shes should be drivable to get it registered etc before i slap turbo setup on her Interior has been changed to blue and is almost complete will get photos up soon. My Back hurts =[ Some original photos have not been recovered yet.
