Im not a pro, But was in your position not too long ago. After i got all the info i could i decided to go with a JPC Stage 2/Crow 503TX2 cam, Im going for a little less power then you but the cam is good for way past that. Was told it was not going to change the idle too much but still help to make big power. Retail for the cam is $480 i think, the valve springs Crow recommend were $140 retail. If you know some one that works at repco or something and can get them at staff/cost, you can make big savings.

JPC can supply a stage2 grind cam c/o for $240 which is what they use, and is what I used to run 9.81 @ 142 and is the same cam KD747 ran 9.21 @ 150 Valve springs to suit from JPC will cost you $180

117 LSA is from all the info I have the std lobe separation on a turbo RB30 cam. I have a crow in mine that is a slightly altered version of a JPC st1 and its a really nice camshaft! Crow do regrinds from around $160. With regrinds you have to do blocks as well!
