Holden VL Calais, Fresh 2 Pac Respray
Automatic RB30
Up for sale is my VL, originally a berlina, but now has complete calais exterior. Pop up lights work 100%.
Body: Fresh respray about 4 months ago, in original colour, Venetian red, over asteroid silver. Body in very good condition, paint in excellent condition, whole car except around doors and engine bay was sprayed in 2 pac, with a clear over top, all bars were painted in asteroid silver with a clear as well. Around windows and door handles were also painted in mat black.
Driveline: RB30, Automatic, standard diff. Engine has recently had new leads, plugs, oil and filter, new ignition transistor, new crank angle sensor, auto has been serviced recently, new external and internal fuel pumps. New air filter and fuel filter. Has extractors and 2 and a half inch system, chrome dumper tip, sounds nice without been too loud.
Brakes: Upgraded turbo front brakes, new disks, good pads, back is drum with new shoes and new wheel cylinders.
Interior: Standard grey brelina interior, tacho dash, vn berlina front seats.
Stereo: comes with 6x9 pioneer rear speakers, and 6" pioneers at the front, no head unit as it is not mine. Speakers not even a year old. New aerial.
Wheels: VX SS rims, with good tyres all the way around.
Over all it is a very nice car, regretfully up for sale as i was offered another car that i couldnt refuse. Have about $1200 worth of receipts, but have thrown away many more as i didnt think i would be selling it. Car passed a rwc a few months ago, would need standard steering wheel and thats about all i can think of for it to get a new one.

Not interested in trades, i allready have another car.
It doesnt have electric windows, but i can throw in 4 window motors, 3 work, and all switches in excellent condition also i have some electric mirrors that can go with the car. If you can organise a rwc (should be pretty easy) then it will come with about 11 months of rego. Call me if your serious, cheers
Guys this is my brothers car and its a really nice car, quite a head turner.
Dont waste nics time. Either come and look at it or dont bother stuffing anyone around.
Nic didnt want to put this up on this forum because of all the time wasters and people who will post things that are of no relevenace, but I convinced him to whack it on just incase it is exactly what someone is after.

One very tidy VLC, I personally wouldnt be selling this b/c it looks straight as a gunbarrel, and that colour is hot as too.... just one question though, when you got the respray done why didnt you get the engine bay and door jams done ? Also i'm assuming that you got any rust taken out when you got the respray done ?

cheers guys, engine has around 200'XXX's, has been replaced at some time, car has a slight bit of rust in boot channel not around any windows, it was minor so i never bothered with it. I didnt do around the doors as this car was supposed to be my run around car but i ended up spending a **** load on it, i wanted an 8 so bad and i found a car that i couldnt help my self and had to buy it. My loss of many dollars and someone elses gain, have someone interested, but first in best dressed.
NO SWAPS!! for the few that did'nt see it before.

Rego is until May 2008, also forgot to mention has solex locks aswell. Has also had lower control arm bushes replaced recently.

Doesnt come with the spare tyre or tools, as they are in my other car, just a pic to give you an idea of how it is.
Some original photos have not been recovered yet.
cheers boys, thanks for the offers everyone but i do not want to swap, i have 3 cars and i have to sell one!!, some very nice offers but just need the cash, got a few people interested in viewing the car on the w.e, hopefully i can get an early day and i'll give it a polish and a good clean.
