3.9:1 or 4.11:1 they are best for accelaration on a street car.

my mate just got 3.7's in his ss and the yare ok.if your doing alot of highway driving maybe 3.45's?

yeah i do a few kays a week but yeah would be good to revs have down low

A mate had some 345's in his VN HSV and it went bloody awesomely and also did alright on highways.

Maybe you should post up what youre wanting to achieve from this. Asking what gears are best for acceleration and then saying that you need low revs for highway duties dont go hand in hand. Also are mini spools the go? Yes... No... who knows... what are you looking for?

in my opinion spools are only good for skids.not for daily use.and for people who cant aford a lsd. also you may look like A **** driving thru shops with car shutering and evry one staring at you like somethins wrong and go thru tyres bad

hey matee i got a vp calais i got 3.9s in mine goes heaps good of the line on the freeway i drove next to my mate at 100ks my spedo says 140 an its at 2500 2600rpm

yeah just want power of the mark and petrol doesnt matter they still sell lol so yeah i want put cam in too any sugestions on that people and if i was to put a super charger on wat mods would i need too do

3.9 or 4.11 are the best gear sets for the holden commodore for take offs lsd's are good but depends how hard u drive it and they do wear out

agree with mrTUFFER, if your doing highway driving steer clear of them as they sit around the 3000+RPM mark. 3.45's won't give you the kick that the 3.9s or 4.11s will. The best inbetween are the 3.7s, decent take offs and about 2500RPM at 100-110km/h. I think with cam you need to decide if your going to charge it or not as they are different. (correct me if i'm wrong). You can charge a stock motor but just don't expect the box, diff or engine to last long depending on psi and how it's driven.

She wants a weekend car AND a daily..... You dont get a weapon that does good k's per tank its just an oxymoron. You need to choose whether you want a weekend weapon or you want a daily. You can get something a "bit" quicker than you have atm but you cant mix performance and economy.

Good day. pretty straight forward lol thought yous had gear box issues...? id get gear box fixed first...and shift kitted...more fun...fix mine while your at it Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

econmy isnt my concern they still sell fuel dont they wats wrong with your car (underage)
