So at this stage, to be in the NSW Top 10 you have to go better than 10.6 and to be in the top 20 you would HAVE to run an 11.
Also, just look at the majority of cars in the mid 10's region - these cars have the potential to go quicker but they are at a stage where they have either been kicked out of WSID and now have to decide how much further they want to go with the car race prep wise (eg cage, etc) or have run done their personal goal of having a 10 sec street car.

yes it was the orignal hyperflow car. considering the car made 460rwhp on 26psi back in the day....i remember speaking to kevin and him mentioning the car went 10.8 ????
as long as it is turbo and rb its in
