hey guys i am thinking of selling my calais and i want to know what its worth??? Its n/a only 64,000 k's all original, leather interior imaculate, gold over champayne the car does not have a scratch or dint on it and is 100% stock original. What do you think it is worth????
i think it would take a while to sell it at a good price, but as soon as the right buyer comes along they will prob cough up a huge amount. that is if its in the condition you describe
this is the cleanest vl ive ever seen guys, it cant really be described and a photo wont show just how perfect this thing is. its like it just came of production....
4 grand is a joke for this, its still got the original front tires on it
realistically a car of this originality and perfection is worth atleast 7-8-9 grand
4-5 u wont even get a shlter of a calais.
rather than ask .... (refraining from insults) that wouldnt know how to price a mint calais even if they had one, try get a figure that you want and sell it.

i have pics, full service history, log books, reciepts. i have had the car for a year and a half and done 3000 k's in it, i have serviced the engine oil every 500 k's and changed the diff oil once and auto twice in the 3000 k's of driving i have done in it mind you it still isnt due for its next service since i got it!
No more than $7,000 and that's even too much for a N/A, Insurance companys use the "Glass Guide" on valuations and they reckon a mint series 2 calais turbo is worth $6,000, But how many sell for that mark.
This calais is the mintest calias i have ever seen, this is worth every cent rob will be asking for it. there is pretty much no way that someone good build a calais as clean as this now with parts for calias as rare as anything. who ever buys this car would be best to place it into storage i rekon, the interior is so mint im scared to hop in the car..
good luck with it rob!!
if i was you i would be keeping it thowe
steady

If its got all the original log books and service history... and its as clean as you guys say it is... i reckon its worth atleast 9k... not easy to come across an honest immac VL Calais, who cares really if its not a turbo, sure its great, but when you got something that is prestine and rare ask top dollar my friend! with 68k on the clock, leather, and an immac body + paint... you'll have no worries finding a buyer.
Comes down to the buyer and what he or she is willing to pay,I have seen VL Calais N/A's go for $9000 so this would sell easy with its condition etc...
if mint, low kay's, full service up near 9 isn't unreasonable...... you may just have to wait for the right buyer...
not people who are like, ah mate not even turbo, it's stock, not even rims or stereo, not worthing anything.....
