Dunno what it's meant to be but mine returned 11.9l to 100ks last time I measured, regular city driving. That was with new plugs, leads, coil, oxy sensor.
I get 650 - 700km to a tank. that is using premium unleaded, with all new filters and using some of the nulon boost and performance and injector cleaners regularly. also a lot of thrashing.

what the f u k 650 to 700 km how big is your tank, i do regular high way 120- 140 km/h three times a week place driving to my other work, 80-100km and i'm lucky to get 320 360 out of it, 20 litres get's me about 140 km if i'm lucky
so u recon replace plugs and spark plugs etc will help?
i make around 600-650 per tank (63 litres) no matter how hard/gently i drive it, and it was 550-600 wen i got it, btw this is running ULP, if i ran pulp it would do better
i changed:
-ignition leads
-spark plugs
-hi-flow panel (old one woz paper)
-put in cai and took out+blocked up stock snorkel
all of the above should slightly help your fuel efficiency
just incase you are wonder a stock vl fuel tank is 63 litres, the wagons came with a 68 litre tank stock.
anyone getting under 500 per tank without thrashing their car should search for a thread about the afm as some people found their afm setting was off and it gave them bad fuel efficiency.
thanks for the advice guys...
i have been getting about 500 out of 50 bucks(bit over 50 litres a week0 and i thought that there was something wrong with my car like maybe a fuel lea but it's obviously not as bad as i thought but the old girl needs a service and a new flange gasket
****...my car must be a *** pos then...just had a service..plugs , leads all done..etc..
