Nothing yet..... The f*cks called me today and said there is a technicality "our report shows your handbrake wasn't fully adjusted which makes your vehicle un-roadworthy.... therefore the claim would be made void" ***** THAT!!!!!!! I'm so cut.... They have't given me the final word yet but it doesn't look good. I will fight them all the way though. There was nothing wrong with it for christ sake!!!! They are trying their hardest to shaft me...... So if you have a chip in your windscreen and you have a crash your policy will be void 'cos a chipped 'screen is un-roadworthy??? I don't think so...... Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

Keep on thier tail.... it might take you a long time to get the money, but they normally try to shake you off with technicalities. Threatin them with legal action and so forth, they might sh!t bricks and start looking at you more seriously.
