O.K..... Here's the goss from Calder...
Time keeping was made difficult due to the fact that we could only see times for the left hand lane, but the 3 cars we were most interested ran times as follows.......
Mr_Sixty9 - 15.49 @ 85.81
Mr_Sixty9 - 15.52 @ 90.29
GTR-R31 - 14.31 @ 93.93
GTR-R31 - 14.46 @ 93.49
NismoR31Jet - 13.59 @ 104.35
NismoR31Jet - 13.70 @ 104.25
NismoR31Jet showed a bit of class by blowing up his diff on the last run,and had to leave the race track in reverse....
**PURE CLASS JOHN**!!!
I'd also like to mention Gav who entered the burnout competition against a couple of V8's and in our opinion got diddled because he went first and had to try to do burnouts in a big puddle, and by the time he'd finished, the ground was dry and the surface had been primed for the other competitors... but you get our vote Gav..... 'cos you got the club mentioned, and you were the only burnout car to leave the track without damage!!
For anyone who is interested in video,I have over an hour of video from today (including the burnout comp)
8) Well done everyone 8)

Congratulations Guys! not to shabby times I think you would be happy with these times. At least you can now quote times that the humble R31 can do How bad is the Diff John is she a total rebuild??? I wish I could have been there, next time maybe.
GTR-R31 - 14.31 @ 93.93
GTR-R31 - 14.46 @ 93.49
NismoR31Jet - 13.59 @ 104.35
NismoR31Jet - 13.70 @ 104.25

Not bad considering I ran using Street legal semi comps only 205 wide....and Gtr R31 Ran using 185 wide track slicks....Not the best tires...But they worked!!!!
I wil find out about the diff today....I am gonna tear it out and have a look....It can't be too bad if it engages in reverse but not foing forward.
Hey people, thanx for the support on sunday I was nevous as hell going into that burnout comp, can somebody get me a copy of the burnout comp im very interested in seeying from a different perpective either on video tape or just for the pc anything just cant wait to see it, who did a diff when was this was it after mark and I took off? Gav!
p.s tires were bald before mark was home it wanted to go with 5 of us in the car, and both spun once again what is the go with my diff???
Hey dave, How were the slicks? Did they work OK?
14.31 - quite a respectable time.
I will have to go next time (if it doesn't clash with another race meeting)
I also need to talk to you about the twin throttles.
