Ohhh right, when you said 'current wof' i thought you were referring to a VLT which was already here in NZ The market is always changing, you'll get alot of tire kickers though Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

Really? Well that's not right.... VL8VK is SL, VL8VL is Berlina and VL8VX is Calais...ending in 19 is Sedan, 35 is Wagon. As you mention, 224 (as listed in the Holden parts catalogue) is LW5 (Turbo), MS1 (Auto), JM8 (Rear Discs) and QQS (Tire 205/65/15) - 8VL (Berlina) Example, I've got Brents Calais Turbo tags here, which are VL8VX19 - 324, X being Calais. Check the long skinny tag on your firewall, it should start with 8L (Berlina) as opposed to 8K for SL......Brents tag here starts 8X to match the body tag. Could be a factory misprint? Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

Yeah the tag starts with 8L I was told that the pack number overruled anything on the model prefix, unsure how true that is tho..... Either that or it's a factory misprint, all other numbers and plates line up too.

Woah, yea it's not common for Holden to stamp the tags incorrectly but I have seen it before...Makes your car that little bit rarer Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

Some original photos have not been recovered yet.
