I wired up the constant 12v+ for my remote central locking to the power windows in my vn.... Too bad when I got around to replacing broken control module they would only work for 30secs after you open a door..... Took me so long to figure that one out... Lucky I still had a lock on the boot at that stage Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

i had my vl in the hoist playing around trying to fix the reverse lights putting it in and out of reverse. anyway got it all sorted, lowered the car and jumped in witht he drivers door still open and turned the key. i had left the car in reverse and didnt put my foot on the cluch, the car started, moved back and slamed the door into the hoist leg (2 poster)and bent it all up. serves me rignt for rushing i guess it was verry embarrising especialy being at the mechanics!

i nearly put the whole bay up in flames, had a oil leak from the cover, tightened everything up coz it was loosish for some reason, degreased all the oil away then watered it down, started it up and heard a sparking noise, one of the ig cables had come off n was earthing out on the engine, if i didnt water it down i woulda had a nice fireworks show.... also this morning when i took the vl for a spin around the block in a rush, left one of mums good coffee mugs on the roof n in my rush i forgot to take it off, left out of the driveway n heard a smashing sound.....aaaaahhhh fuuuuuuk few days ago, in a rush to finish off my freakin door pods, cutting the holes in the door trims with a jigsaw and i couldnt b bothered getting the milkcrate to put the door trim on so i just held it, ttttrrrrrrr with the jigsaw YOWWWWWWW half of my nail gone on the finger next to the pinky and a nice deep rough cut, after ALOT of swearing and even more swearing i managed to get all the peices of dust out of the cut..didnt bother getting stiches lol. i still finished the door trims tho also another one when i was tryin 2 impress the chick across the road when i was 15, she rolls her mums camry into the brand new panel roller door, so me being a genius i went over n said id take it off and straighten it all out n put it back on, took one bracket off, took the other off, asoon as i took the last screw off with the impact gun thingy, all i saw was black and a ****load of blood on the floor and rushing down my face, off to the hospital i go, 7 hours and 9 external and 6 internal stiches later and a REALY good time on the nox gas, i was back at home lol brother ended up finishing the job in about 15 mins lol ummm also when i was buffing the bootlid i had painted, put polish on, polish ran out without me realising like the dumbass i am, there got the clean coat, nice bit mark of melted paint rrrrrrrrrrrrr oh and i also have a REALY bad habit of finishing a job and having a few screws left over..... and half of my dash is held together with double sided tape because ive managed to totaly *** pretty much all of the mounting clips..... oooooo and i closed the bonnet on the fuse box cover when i left it on the rocket cover.... lol Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

Leaving things on cars and driving away.. When I put the tailshaft back into the car ages ago, I left dads torch wedged somewhere in the rear suspension setup. It made it a good 50m before it fell out. It was one of those, why are you using my good torch? moments aswell. Apart from that, I was making a new gasket for the turbo's oil dump. I'd only gotten a piece of gasket plating as they couldn't find any actual gaskets for me. So I chopped it out roughly, and all that was left was to put a hole in the middle. I'll drill through it I thought. Clamp it? Yeah, with my thumb. Drilling away, gasket catches the drill. Before I know it, its rotated out of my grip and sliced my thumb open about 3 times.

yesterday i removed the right rear tail light to re-attatch the chrome trimming around it, while i was waiting for it 2 dry i rang a few wreckers chasing parts, anyway one of them had what i needed so i jumped in the car and drove from reservoir 2 essendon with no right hand rear tail light, lol at work i left a pair of pointy nose plyers in the engine bay of a focus, 8 months later the same car came back for its next service and my plyers will still sitting exactly where i left em but the stupidist thing i have done is when i was fitting my new front discs and pads i had no jack stands so i used the 2 international's i bought of HAMOUD, i only bought them for burnouts anyway, they have since been sold 2 a mate Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

well i personally havent really done anything stupid, but at workk, one of the blokes filled the truck with oil (1st year), thought ok, start it and check oil, was in gear with the handbrake off, we then had 12 tonne of truck driving it self off a hoist hahaha, ploughed through a fence we had and stuffed a guys back when he grabbed the stop cable another one recently at wwork, (1st year again haha) filled the truck with oil started it up, and he hadnt put the oil filter on haha, 10 litres of oil on the pit floor another one, a dumb qualified, had the front of a tipper on a jack, and was jacking up the back aswell, the body was up, jack slipped off diff, and bang a truck about 10degress of falling on its side hahha and toolboxes bein nailed when swinging out of a truck bay lol pretty funny some of the stuff there, almost dropped an rb30 and jatco on me finger but escaped that i go, let the crane down slowly, he goes what? BANG hahaha, all in good fun in saying that, im only 17 so plenty of time left Some original photos have not been recovered yet.
