Haha, ya *******s, wish no one had listened, I hate being so busy I forget everything!!!! Hahahahaha.
Ok, to all, I will stick to my word, only to help the site out, I will make it a little more interesting, I will donate a manifold to Steve(Sirgeo) to give away as part of a raffle. He can decide ticket prices, but all procedes will go back to the site and steve himself, I will give it away to the lucky winner, and manifold will be built to suit any Nissan 6 cylinder engine to keep it in the spirit of the site. Please don't everyone now harras him about it, he's a busy man, but keep your eyes peeled and get in on it, as remember, your not just getting a chance to win, your helping out the site we all love.
Man you work fast mate, that looks SICK!!!! sittin in your bay. Happy with it all mate?? Pretty cool turbo huh, they spin so easy!! Let us all know how fast it spools an send me a dyno sheet!!!
Cheers..........................Kyle.
Yep, Mr turbo Billet turbo. Very impressed with marks work, I actually stood around for about 4 hours while he assembled that exact turbo. The perfection with which each and every single one is assembled is just mind numbing. He's a bit slow at getting orders out sometimes, but after seeing one go together, I understand why. Unlike a garrett, that just uses generic baring packs and everything pretty much drops straight in, because Marks turbo's have virtualy ZERO shaft play, each and every single clearance has to be measured, and be spot on.
Considering they are competitive with garretts TO4Z price, and $200-400 cheaper than their GT42 and 45 pricing, and can be optioned with any housing and wheel you want, I don't think you can go wrong. Let us know how ya go Lowpsi.

if i were to purchase a manifold off you.. can you actually purchase black HPC coated paint?
No, hpc coating is a ceramic coating, it is sprayed onto the surface not unlike paint or powder coating, and is baked in an oven at 400 deg C for a set period of time, many hours. I use competition coatings, I have found their work to be just as good and in most cases better than HPC, in my own opinion, and far better priced for the black extreme coating. Coating is an optional extra on my manifolds for $275.
Thanks Pigsy:o)~

I won't be offering cooler and piping, as most people will be able to do this or get it done themselves. I also only use the best quality gear, so I would be using an ARE intercooler, which would add $1000 straight up, I'm sure some peopel would prefer to save the $$ and use an ebay or similar cooler.
The first kit however I will do cooler and pipes to get it going, the exhaust however will have to be done by a workshop, as I am not interested in doing this without a hoist. I can also arrange this at a good price along with the tuning of the factory computer. I'll pm you a price.

Hey kyle, any word how these kits are coming along ?
I now have a car to build the kit on and will be progressing with it in about 4 weeks time. Kits should be available to the public in around 6 weeks.
Kyle.
I realised who it was john!!:o)~ If only you finished the rest of the kit it cooooould be a weapon.
As for stock ecu, no, as far as I know no one has done it with stock ecu as yet, but it certainly could be done. I wouldn't recommend going bigger than a GT30 with .82 rear, and a good front mount would be mandatory, as would a good fuel pressure reg, not a malpassi. The other thing would it would have to have a 44mm gate not 38mm gate, so the $3300 package so you could control boost at lower pressures to around 10-12psi. 300rwhp is possible if setup properly. We have previously made 310rwhp through a Trimatic in CMY747's old car with stock ecu, stock injectors, fuel pumps, AFM, just 3.5" exhaust, external gate on stock manifolf and 60-1 turbo, 15psi through Micks Metalcraft cooler.
