ive been driving my vl around sydney for years, been pulled over multiple times and they have never opened my bonnet. I think if they saw a cooler they would open it however. Your chances are good if you have no cooler and dont drive like an idiot, as for painting everything black i say dont bother, theres no hiding a big friggn turbo if a cop opens your bonnet hes gonna see it...

FMIC, Prob around $500-800 + Fitment ECU/Turbo/Injectors/Exhuast & Manifold/Induction/Oil & water lines If the turbo needs water prob lookin at anywere between 900-1500 depending of what turbo ur gettin + Fitment With the Auto Trans Cooler would help but in the long run she'll go if u want to run power with t3/t4, otherwise a standard T3 still works alright and ya auto will prob be more forgiving, If you wonna be safe get it built or run the headache of slipping/leaking auto!

just wondering what i would take into consideration to avoid any problems with running a basic setup. t3/t4 turbo brand new exhaust manifold brand new wastegate vlt ecu dump pipe xover pipes oil + water lines I will buy vlt injectors and cooler pretty soon after but would there be any problems running a setup this way for a little while month or two. I know its been done before but are there any problems to look out for??? just something cheap that i can afford at the moment...its a start thanks

the oil and water lines for the turbo, and maybe a gearbox because if that 5spd lasts longer than 3months then its doing good... Other than that its a good setup, but if you get a good box, and a nistune ecu and bigger injectors than you could be making ****loads of power
