no worries, no real rush. I actually paint stripped my tag to see if there was anything underneath the paint. There wasn't! I still had my dulux sticker tho.

I think mine is dieing, or maybe it's something else. Was driving on Saturday night and all of a sudden my battery warning light turned on and the voltmeter has dropped to a couple of bars above the red, was still driving fine and everything, and it would come and go (would jump back up to full power). Tightened up the battery terminals on Sunday (the negative was a bit loose, but not much) and it was fine all day, then it came and went on my way to work, and on the way home the volt needle slowly dropped from halfway down to the second white line. Looks like I'm driving the 2L for a while..

sounds like a possible wiring short try driving with alt disconnected (charge battery first) or put your 2lt alt on

liking the pics of da yellow bt1 cop car..

Check the terminals on the back of the alternator, make sure they are clean and tight. Best to disconnect battery 1st, It sounds like either loose connections or worn out brushes/dodgy control circuit in the alternator.
