maybe he means upgraded to the 3 core turbo/aircon model job, rather then the crappy 2 core pov vl spec radiator.

Harden up Lars you big girl. Stop being a responsible parent and go and buy a GT42 already. Stop being soft.

mmmm i need a new exhaust manifold for that, would love to but, owells, acutally i'm enjoying the 30/40 with .63, the response is fantastic!

make sure you let us know how you go... keen to see just a lil update...mines still in bits lol. should be ready again at the start of the year... new rocker cover looks killer all polished with the holden logo and the lines down the middle welded up and big fittings! catch can is the same all polished with no welds and big speedflow fittings sit where the airbox used to be. just got all my fuel lines & fittings for the rail the other day, looks killer all braided with speedflow fittings! plenum is still getting done so should look better when that comes back. turbo comes next month, got the 90/10's the other day aswell as a harness. thanks to APCV goin to be running slicks and a transbrake now aswell so should go alot better than the 12.3 on streets Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

nice man, but not really a fan of the RC cover, you can see the cast and weld metal differences. but other then that it looks tuff.

hey guys rather then start a new thread thaught id ask in here. Have had my vl on a highcomp set up for over 6months now and had no trouble using vlt ecu, reg, to3 and vlt injectors also a gktech cooler kit on around 7-8 psi no pinging. I just baught a t3 that has been hiflowed because my current is on its last legs. and am looking to chuck it on and possibly run 7-10psi. should i invest in the niztune gear and some bigger injectors eg: gtr's? And is it asking to much for the engine to handle with out dropping the compression? Ian

ide go with bigger jectors, if u can why not

only way to answer that is to check the air fuel ratios and find out. if your only going to push 7-10psi, the standard setup might be ok, but you will have to check as it will certainly be near its limits. its seems a waste of money to buy all the supporting fuel and engine management gear and then not take full advantage of it because the turbo is not that big or your only going to be running low boost. the engine should take plenty of power, provided it doesn't detonate, the secret to that will be good octane fuel and tuning.

Ian my mate's running 12psi on his engine with no problems get it dynoed and check the air fuel ration, cheaper than doing anything more at the moment if your looking at getting more power, then invest in the niztune and then get the bigger injectors, gtr ones would probably be a nice cheap upgrade
