Quote: 326rwhp at 18psi Yeh wats wrong with that power ??.. sounds pretty impressive to me... Not all of us can make 400+rwhp on pump fuel. No offence hilly, but it will be interesting to see wat ur car runs in terms of mph at the strip.. to see how accurate the dyno is..

yeh from what ive been told, read and seen with other setups, i believe the car should crack a 10 with a bit more boost :) - it beat a motorbike (triumph) today whilst going sideways haha kyle, forgot to add, my mechanic loved the manifold and couldnt fault it at all. he said if he were to build another big power vlt he would use my setup :D brian

Oh I though his car was manual. My bad. In that case that is a nice power figure :D Havn't run my car yet. It's been off the road for a few months with a blown turbo seal. I live in apartments and I have to wait till the manager goes out so I can quickly undo a few manifold bolts without him seeing. haha. Anyway back to the thread. Kyle's work is good. Buy stuff :)

Are the Twin Turbo LS1 kits ready for sale yet ? Are they complete kits with cooler and pipes , But no fuel system ?

could you make me a twin turbo manifold both high mount but the front turbo sits lower than the rear turbo so i can run a dose pipe or podfilter on the rear turbo without being restricted from the front turbo, both with external wastegates, ill only be running t3 turbos and it will be going on a rb26 head.

nah i want response more than i want power and i can push 10psi through both of them making 20psi at like 2500rpm, then i can do what you do goin through the tunnle sooner :)

I'll let Kyle answer your questions but there are no finished pics of the kit on a car yet. It's my car and until it's tuned to it's full potential hopefully within 2 weeks there will be none.Unfortunately some with little knowledge have chosen to bag Kyles work on another website. After it's been on the dyno results will speak for themselves and silence the knockers and pics will be put up.Somebody made this quote which made me laugh "you should never show women and children anything that's half finished" I'm sure that everyone here would agree that Kyle is very good at what he does,we just have to prove it to everybody else.Stay tuned.

I used to think that two but the 3 gtr's in our family with twins are laggy as fcuk 1 has standard highflows and spools at 4500rpm 1 has garret 2560r's and spools at 5000rpm and the last was my vl with hks 2540's spooled at 5500rpm you only have a 1.5 litre 3 cylinder feedin each turbo 20psi@2500rpm will neva happen but twins will always make a higher outrite figure just alot less responsive unless you've got plenty of cube's Quote: Originally Posted by S&S I'll let Kyle answer your questions but there are no finished pics of the kit on a car yet. Ok, to answer a few questions. DeVL, twin T3 turbo's won't ever make full boost at 2500rpm. They won't make full boost at 3, or even 4000rpm, standard T25's only make full boost in the 4200-4400rpm range on a GTR, the extra .4 litre will only get you back about 400rpm. SO, even with stock turbo's, we are talking high 3800-4000rpm's full boost. Make the turbo's bigger, more lag again. Also, 10 psi from 1 turbo, and 10 psi from a second turbo, doesn't equal 20 psi. Air pressure equalises, both prvide half the total airflow the engine recieves, but are doing so at the same boost. TWins are sh it in my opinion, the only reason people even still babble on about it is from years gone by when you could get ball bearing or nicely sized small turbo's that worked well as twin setups, but only had big, laggy plain bearing old school turbo's to use as a single. With new GT series technology and the invent of ball bearing technology in larger frame aftermarket turbo's a single will now usually far outspool a twin. TAke a look at some of the US supra sites, they will all tell you the same deal, equal power, 300-500rpm slower spool for twin. As for the GEN 3 kits, everything is ready to go, I must point out though that I only supply turbo's, manifolds and oil/water lines. Basically, all that is needed is the intercooler and pipes and full exhaust. My reason behind this is many. 1, I don't have time to build all the extra stuff like pipes. 2, becuase I want to appeal to a wider range of customers, I can sell the turb kit to any shop in the world, and they can finish it as they see fit and add their own touch and call it their own. 3, this also gives them scope to make more cash, as they can charge for their time in fabricating the pipes and mounting the cooler etc, and lastly, there are 100's even 1000's of people out there with the skill to do some cooler pipes and an exhaust in their backyard or with a mates help, its not that complicated, and with the VT's now under 20g, someone with some skill could build their own 500kw monster for less than 30g. The TWin turbo kit has GT28 garrett BB turbo's that are custom specced for my application, we are seing full boost around 2600rpm, and in the case of the gen3, are getting full boost as fast or faster than single GT35 equiped cars, and in the next week will see if they make more power. WE have made a shade under 500rwhp on 10 psi of boost, and at that power, had the timing backed off as the fuel system could not cope with making any more power, as an indication, it should take another 4 deg, and the 2 deg we added before made another 15rwhp. Also, the car was dyno'd on a dynolog dyno, which reads about 20-30rwhp lower than a DD dyno in shootout mode, as all other kits have been measured. I'm confident, or at least hopefull, that it should crack over 400rwkw with the same 10psi when tuned in the next week, which is up there with some of the bigger GT45 equiped cars in terms of power versus boost. will you look at doing single turbo ls1 manifolds in the near future as the kits that are currently available are unable to be purchased as a manifold only.

If someone comes up with a car to do it on I am more than happy to make a single turbo manifold. 6BOOST

HEy guys, thought I would let everyone know that if you've had troubles contacting me, I've been haing holidays to work on my car. I have also recently moved house and don't have internet connection at home, so only get to check pm's and emails once or twice a week. If you are in any hurry for advise or need anything particular, please call my mobile on [phone removed] during work hours. If its not urgent, I will get to you pm as soon as I do get a chance to surf the net. Also, After having a great deal of troubles with postage problems recently, I have gotten to the bottom of the whole senario. The post office near my work opened at about teh same time I moved to my new shop. Unbeknown to me, the people who run it had little to no experience in a post office. As such, teh amount of parcels that have either gone missing, been returned, or sat on their floor for a week has been ridiculous, and caused me much grief with customers waiting on goods. While it would be easy to open an account with a freight company, it is very difficult to accurately guess freight costs, and I would prob overchange most people so I didn't end upout of pocket. Aus post just ends up being the smartest way. I am however assured that things have been recified, and should have no more problems...... Lets hope so!! Cheers all, 6BOOST
