The radiator cap was ****ed so it sprayed water all over the exhaust manifold ... Ed said it was pretty steamy in the car ...lol. Then the dizzy melted, again, so Ed made a mad heat shield for it. Hopefully a tune will solve the extra heat that the exhaust manifold is producing ... :-S Talk about one thing after another going wrong! arhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh Dean ps. hey how is it going people i got my exhaust fixed today we db tested it a hi flow at the front inbetween the buildings and it went 93 we were like omg (it is so quiet at idle you can barely hear it over the fuel pumps) then we went away from the buildings and it went 89.2 - 90.8 or something like that so that should be good enough to please the police can't even hear it cruising very nice to drive. Got the oil drain done aswell braided smicko. also this afternoon i picked up a brand new radiator overflow/ windscreen washer bottle from egars very bling bling makes the bay look very nice $40 well worth it. I am taking my car out to the street meet tomorrow night and from the sounds of it Tim it should be a good meeting i wish i could go to the holden vs ford meet but i have other stuff on. I will post up how i go on sunday have a good weekend people. matt

Mick took some pictures of my car yesterday. Thought I would post them up. Obviously im losing the wing, and getting the dint fixed up in the back. Car was heaps dirty yesterday when Mick took the pictures.. I dont know how long ago the guy cleaned the car, but I gave her the full rubdown today(inside and outside)! HEY BOYS (girls if they are watching Kayleen/Foney's Missus) Had a really good night out the drags last night Lowpsi Tim came out for a look. I ran a personal best of 13.2 at 103 mph with a 1.79 60 foot time i am absoulutly rapped it was a really good night i pulled 2 13.3s a 13.4 and a 13.5 on the slicks and a 13.9 on the street tyres. I also pulled about 4 or 5 16s - 19 s because of gear selection dramas i think the master cylinder on the clutch is stuffed as i had to pump the clutch up on the line. All and all i had a really good night out the drags it was very fun. The meeting wasn't really big but there was some quality cars out there Savros' (pro 808) was out there and there were two other rotas i have never seen one with 100 psi plates or psi 100 unsure and another light blue car didn't see or hear what it ran. The blue r100 reeled off a 12 flat on street tyres very impressive considering that they were all running like three legged hairy goats (typical bags of **** rotarys). It blew the clutch out and got toed home haha. Brendon Thimble also ran a 13.2 on street tyre very impressive. All i can say is that 12 isn't far away i am at a loss where i am going to get anymore power from but as the car is close to the limiter in forth across the line and i can't boost 5th easily with a little adjustment of the limiter. Maybe if i replace the standard dump pipe how much more power would i actually gain opinions would be appreciated. Nice work mate, were they my slicks or Tim's lowpsi's. To go faster you deffinently need some neons under your car. Nah, You do need to replace what ever is standard on your exhaust. Dump, front pipe and cat. Get a pacemaker front pipe, 3" high flow cat (i need one of these too) and weld a screamer on your exhaust, that will get you quicker. Maybe you need to go back to 3.45's as well. I have a set.

hey boys was a very good night last night matts car launches hard he had 4 car lengths on a wrx by halfway big congrates to him for getting a 13.2. it was good to finally see the rotary pro 100 in action be sure to see tens out of that when its sorted. and to brett thats a sweet ride mate cant wait to see it on the cruise (when a date gets finalised) and matt drop your exaust next time maybe sum octane booster and on a good run you may get a 12 though last night wasnt the coldest either.

cool cool thanks people i already have a 3 inch cat i think that i might just get a 3 inch dump i ran that time on the retread slicks from you tim (rb30x) they hooked up mad big second gear burnouts did the trick. um i think i will leave the diff gears alone i think if i went back to the old gears it would probably make the car go slower although i might consider some 3.7s if i were to change them. I don't think that there is much left in the car now power wise only the dump and that is about it. I will just do that dump pipe and get another tune and just bump the limiter up and ride out 4th so we will see how we go. Also i have worked out why those slicks are vibrating through the top of the track they aren't balanced so i think i will definitly get that done before i go out next time. I am rapped!

He has abit of a package deal going at the moment, $10500 will get you a SIL80 (ca18 turbo) with a blacktop sr20 half cut and everything need for the sr conversion into the SIL80. So if your looking for a cheap import, give me a pm and i'll let you know what other cars and accesories he has got available. Dean
