UPDATE TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So the rims were scrapeing on the rear left and everyone said either adjust the panhard or get rid of the rims, so i ended up getting rid of the rims.... i joke they're still on there. But pulled my head in and pulled a finger out and got into adjusting the pan hard rod So me and my dad went downstairs into the garage to get ready to adjust it. We encountered a problem straight away, how were we going to jack the car up onto car stands... the car jacks were already on the jacking points and we couldnt place the stands anywhere else underneath it... so we got it jacked up following this very very very simple method... sarcasm is hard to do over the interwebs btw... First, we got a trolley jack and jacked the car off the diff, Then, once at full height we then had to get two 4wd hydraulic jacks one either side just near the trailing arms...because the car still was not high enough to get the stands under the jacking points We then both similtaneously pumped the jacks at the same time, to get it high enough to fit the stands under the jacking points... We eventually got it high enough to slide the stands underneath then slowly lowered the trolley jack off the diff and hey presto the car wheels were off the ground with the cars on stands That process took around about 30 minutes... But we then got the panhard adjusted, diff is pretty much centre and i took it for a test drive... Doesnt scrape on the left just normally driving but when the car hits a bump in the road at some pace i.e 50km/h or above there is a slight scrape from both wheels, sounds more like tyre rubbing then actual rim So im pretty happy with our little effort tonight Oh, I also put on my calais badge ive had for months which goes on the glove box Some original photos have not been recovered yet.
