Getting into the LS1 market will make you or break you. Good luck. You'll need to employ heaps of people soon with all the work you'll be getting....or are you already at that stage.

Na, not gonna break me, I'm too busy as it is, and the only Gen3 kit I have built is for brett(the car in the pics), mind you I Haven't pushed for it either becuase I've been so busy. Its kinda hard to know where to go with my business. I have plenty on, like 10-20 manifolds on order at any one time, but I don't have my website done and don't actively seek further work. I think it would be far more proffesional if I got those things doen and happening, but then if I'm too busy now, what will I do with the extra business?? If I employ someone, it will only be to weld fulltime, which I don't do now anyway, so I'll have no more time on my hands, I don't trust anyone else to actually build the manifolds for me, they are far to personal, I put a lot of effort into them and they have to be perfect, and think if I had staff who just do there job and put them together but do a half **** job of it, I'd prob end up smackin one round the chops for it:o) Keep ploddin along i guess. 6BOOST

Keep up the good work! I hope to have a 6Boost manifold one day... Dean

As far as my car is concerned I've been doing a few more mods to get it ready to put it back on the dyno.It should be finished this week and dyno'd next week.

Kyle i know you dont really need anymore business at the moment but im sure you could get ALOT of business thru the US supra site those guys over there are paying 1800-2500+ for manifolds similar to yours i very much doubt you will eva need to go looking for business but if you wanted more later on, im sure you would get some thru there Maybe hit Larry at SoundPerformance up and see what they say

Keep up the good work.

ROFLMFAO!! Yeah, def should start my own freight company:o)~ My GF spent 5 years studying for her degree and is one of the best in australia at it, I doubt she's leaving it anytime soon to become my office bitch:o)~ BEsides, better off gettin some little office hotty to perve on rather than fight with all day, lol. And thanks TRoy, I've kinda already tried that path, they weren't interested because they were mild steel not stainless. Might try again sometime soon though. 6BOOST

Hey mate I am just posting up some pics for you bay is a bit scrappy but you get that on the big jobs manifold is going good I haven't been able to get the car tuned yet but with 4 people in the car in second gear it is starting to make boost at about 2500 rpm 3/4 throttle so I am thinking that the car is going to be more reasponsible then first thought the turbo is a TA51R with a .94 rear housing I can't remember the front housing size off the top of my head but yeah it has a 3 and a 1/2 from the turbo back 100 mm cooler and a luke vl cam running a jdcustom plenum on na runners with custom fuel rail and 660 cc injectors should see some decent numbers for the low boost it will be running until I get my new engine and gearbox setup sorted. A big thanks to Kyle for all the stuffing around he had to do cheers mate! Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

Thanks for teh pic matt, I never actually asked you about teh rest of your setup, but it should actually be pretty stupid, your setup is almost identicle to Darren's(Jet r31)'s setup and he makes 500rwhp through and auto on 21 psi from memory. Don't go boosting teh thing till its tuned though!!!! I can't stress to people how important it is to never modify your car in any extensive way without having it tuned, whats the point in being impatient and nuking your engine?? 3/4 thottle?? You need a kick in the bum son;o) VLnitron, yes, his turbo is not only plain bearing but the front and rear wheels are about 15mm bigger than the GT35, they are also far larger in the shaft, and the rear housing about 20% bigger than a 1.06 GT35 housing. 304 kits underway, hold your knickers on for a few more weeks guys. 6BOOST

lol no no I haven't been giving it a hard time I was just driving it the car breaks down as soon as it begins to read positive pressure. I have been told by john patrick that it is an odd ball turbo off of something like a CAT earth mover or a genset or something along the lines of that he reckons it is designed to be turned on come up on boost to about 30 psi and just sit there all day just cruising lol so should be ok once it is tuned I will let you know how it goes on saturday. PS the bovs are to stop the hard damage that plainbearing turbos suffer from fully sik dose action :P so I have been told anyway
