best i did was 1.25 of jack's in 45 mins then started on jim beam black,
started drinking at 6:15 and buy 7:30 i made love to a poll chucking for 5 hours after that untill my sister found me and put me in the shower, couldn't touch scotch or burbon for 2 years after that
Not to self and everyone else, never play up the river down the river with a super size cup, and keep loosing, cause it just ends in tears!!!!
p.s rob, that looks sick is it going to be at the jam ?

Hey considering this car has been in the build for so long now I would reckon everything else would take a back seat to racing...... You say its goin to be ready but is it going to be ready ready...... No point bringing it all this way if its goin to be all over the track and you cant lay down some solid full passes.......

How about you spend less time talking it up, and more time getting the work done and the car finished. Im almost over this car and it still isnt finished, Dont get me wrong mate huge congratulations go to you for spending the money to get a workshop to build your car for you, and if you break into 7's ill be happy for you and congratulate you. But until then I really dont want to hear you tell people how fast it is, cause at the moment it isnt.

id rather drive to melboure than hire h'coat daily.
just get the thing running , maybe u need to bring it to qld to get some real engine dynoers/tuners on to the task. we qld'rs know what we're on about.
signorelli was gone in 7's , now gone in 6's yeah?
gone in 5's will be just around the corner

Spot on andy...... Someone needs to shake this bloke up....... If I had the car itd be done by now...... When your paying someone to do the work its not that hard....... Get the thing done and stop stuffing round I can talk my ride on mower up all day long but until it does it no ones that interested in the ramblings of what your goin to run......
It happens time and time again people talk there car up before its built and we are the ones that sit back and laugh when it doesnt perform...... You and this car have a lot of comments to back up, I just hope you can practice what you preach or it will be egg on you my friend.....

I think everybody takes rob the wrong way. Most of his comments and talking his car up I just take as stirrin the sh1t out of everybody involved in this industry and scene, its actually a good change from the normal wankers who proclaim they know everything, while rob comes out regularly and lays it on the line and tells you he's got no f'kin idea about some of his car and the technical side of things. He also never has anything to hide, the reason we are all knocking the time its taken is becuase we actually know whats goin on, not some car kept in secret in the corner of some workshop. I personally can absolutely see why this car has taken so long to build, my corrolla is probably 50% in the build qauntity needed of Rob's racecar, sh1t, I still have a stock bottom end, and my car has taken forever!! I know from seeing cars at my fabricators shop how long it takes to finish a full tube chassis or even modify it, and to finish it to perfection takes time.
Everybody needs to understand that while money can buy many things in the world, it can't buy more than 24 hours in a day, and the workshops involved in building this car would have to charge tens of 1000's of $$ to just stop work on every other car in the shop and build it, which just isn't even possible when you see the amount of work bresciani have on, without even taking into account they are prob looking after rob to an extent becuase the car will bring them so much exposure.
I for one am behind ya mate, when the cars done, it will be done, and when it turns the key at the start line, it will be completed, more than I can say for %80 of cars that just get slapped together at the end to get to the track without being finished. I prob can't even name another VL offhand that has had their engine on an engine dyno!! Good luck with the car, and hoep to see you at Jambo with or without the car

Everyones entitled to there own opinion kyle thats what makes the world go round....... Yeah things take time to get right and I for one no just how much is involved...... I would have also taken a different aproach with this car, ok so its got this balls out engine and all the bar work and all the rest but I would have kept it all under wraps..... When everyone knows about it is when the car goes out fully setup and runs the numbers.....
People then say f uck were the hell did this thing come from who owns it and what the hell has been done to it...... The element of surprise kyle is a powerfull thing and you can take alot of pride in bringing a car outa the shed and bust a big number straight up.....
All I am saying is even if he is stirring s hit and pulling the piss and all that people will still remember rob talking his car up saying this and that and if it doesnt run the numbers he will me made out to be a real goose...... Does anyone remeber victor bray saying the monaro they were building was set to run the first 5 sec pass in top door slammer, he didnt and still hasnt to date he looked like a real goose but no one said to much because of who he is and what he has achieved......
Good luck rob hope all goes well......
