Strange because when I had consumer affairs approach him less than a month ago about getting a refund he told the officer that he couldn't afford to pay me back because his house was repossessed or something similar... I've been spending time on and off getting my affairs in order to take him to court.

I've just emailed him again, I think I sent him one a few months back on a different email address. Just asking him if he could please get back on here and start communicating again.

I am in no way trying to damage the reputation of this business. New customers would have to tread carefully...................... I would not buy any product (no matter how good it is-----------due to bad previous customer service--------------ie. loss of persons funds and no contact. Hopefully previous customers do get their product. Food for thought, what would happen if this businesses family didnt help him out. David I seriously doubt anyone will send the muppet a cent before he at least starts to come good on the initial orders (the thousands of dollars he has received) Seems to me he's just doing the typical scammer bull**** though, every so often dangle it back in front of those he's wronged so that there isn't a huge revolt, providing false hope. And every time the topic of refunds comes up he seems to go on about these apparent scammers who pretended he owed them money and demanded money back. Like that has ****ing anything to do with me or the rest who paid, as I have provided him with my receipt email and proof of purchase. making out I what... might be a scammer myself? Knowing damn well I'm not, that has NOTHING to do with the outstanding debt. No doubt he's reading this, and doing whatever he does when he reads this, but if you are you scammer it wouldn't even be good enough if you did come through on past orders, it's been what? 2 yearsish? that's bull****.

It's only now for the first time, I see violence as a valid method of resolution.

I rang him last night. Enquired as to the rails and he said they should be available next week. I then said so will you be sending mine. He then went on to say I need to contact someone else about it. He then said he couldn't hear me on the phone. I raised my voice and he suggested I write him an email and he suggested he could refund me. I don't believe it nor have I wasted my time in writing an email. Wait to hear from others whats going on. I believe it's bullsh!t!

Just wait and see guys. If he does start selling them again and not start providing refunds or the product, then I suggest the ACCC or small claims or whoever would be the best way forward. Especially if you can prove that he's selling them to others but not honouring previous purchases/refunds, sounds like a pretty solid case right there. But, again, it's all speculation, most of you have waited 2 years or whatever it has been, so another few weeks to see what happens with this probably isn't going to hurt much?

I'm not 100% sure, somebody on here was compiling a list to take to their relative for lawyering up purposes? Can't remember who it was without looking back Unfortunately those without some kind of screenshot of a transfer or receipt are fairly screwed as far as providing some evidence goes. But I don't know why you guys haven't compiled a list yet. Username, how much you paid, proof you paid it. Somebody compile the information and take it to authorities if need be.

Did you get a response TRB006? It would be good to see this issue resolved but seems unlikely. He could be legit as I can't see why somebody would be trust worthy in selling many of these then all of a sudden turn into a scammer. Having said that Ive been scammed before on this site and IIRC the guy had a good trader rating.

I fail to see how this guy could be seen as trustworthy, if he's making contact with prospective customers immediately after they email him, or call him. He's probably just relying on the fact no one on here could be bothered doing **** about it. He's probably worked out exactly how he will get out of it if anyone does as well. After all, he has had 2 years to sort himself out. He made a quick few grand and now he's probably gonna try it again. I still have my proof of purchase/transfer screen shot and receipt, but to get the $110 would involve hours of ****ing around with legal aid and whomever else would need to be involved to get the cash back and it's not worth my time. Hopefully someone has the time to compile a case against this ****ing ****sucker - I DO have time to send an email with my receipt attached.
