It doesn't fit too well around the power steering line on the driver's side either

Greg mate sorry I havent been in touch. Had a few life issues... Lemme try and update here... Ok here is a picture of the cooler at the front installed with all the extras removed. You need to seat it quite the way back.. Its barely 10mm from the actual metal if you wanna have a look. [Click image for larger version Name: Cooler 1.jpg Views: 166 Size: 101.0 KB ID: 21393] (http://www.calaisturbo.com.au/attachment.php?attachmentid=21393&d=1246442418) If you look back here this is behind the cooler. Cant remember the exact name of the black contraption bakc here, but you have to mount it up pretty close to this. Dont mount it on or you will get **** cooling... IE no blow through from it. I have mounted it not 5-10mm off of this. On a random side note this is the calibre 10" thermo fan. Probably could of gotten a 14" fan in there no issues. I have air con running and during summer it was good enough to keep the car on just below half idling in the city(melbourne). Very impressed. [Click image for larger version Name: Cooler.jpg Views: 160 Size: 56.0 KB ID: 21394] (http://www.calaisturbo.com.au/attachment.php?attachmentid=21394&d=1246442418) I have pics to show how I have mounted it in and around the air con and power steering. Trust me if i can get it on and in there, any1 can... I have some very big **** off hoses on the hot side of my motor there... Guys dont be afraid to be a little rough... Cars dont break that easy and well to be honest its a VL... ****s cheap to replace!

The power steering lines we just had to push up a bit? not bend them. Sounds like a bodge job. Kits are fine and work great, fitting them are easy
