because in reality what do some of you guys have ? Um wel its not a bragging contest but I drive an astra hahahaha.... Cars dont mean that much to me..... And theres a few qld boys on here that no just what toys I have in my sheds hahaha The look on there faces when the doors go up is priceless hahaha..... I hope it does go fast rob looks like theres been plenty of work go into it hey....

thanx man,im not fussed by it all,i do what i can do and i dont want to get my hands dirtty,i got no interest in knowing how cars work or how engines work,i just enjoy the thrill of going fast,thats why i get a workshop to do the work forme,for some they like to tinker but not this guy. also ive spent just over 100k so far and last time i checked it doesnt grow on trees,so look at it from my point of view....goood day

the car has been in the build for 3.5 years,1 year 9 months was a waste of time due to a sydney workshop ripping me off and ruined the project,so basically it was dead time,now all is back on track its comnig along nicely,its acutally closer than some may think. also the car has been back to panel shop 3 times,chassis was re-done,tin work re-done,box re-done and air brushing added,brake were upgraded to full house willwood brakes and other mods done cause i wanted more power than actually frist stated,so as you can see now its not just sitting in a corner collecting dust....it feels like ive built the same car over and over again but as time went on i got bored of it and changed things for the better,when its finally done and racing ill do a full thread on the stuff ups,the crooks and scum that interviened in the build and most importantly the people that have helped.

can't wait please have it at the jam, cause it will make my 3500km trip all the more worth it! Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

There is not a chance in hell I'm gonna take off down the track and let the what should be one of the fastest VL's in australia run me down at 170+mph and get outta shape, cross teh line and take the ass of my car off. I'm worried enough as it is, I'm going to be in OZMOD for jamboree I'd say, so I'll be up against rotor's running 8.2's and 160+mile, people don't think about what could go wrong, some of these cars are pretty uncontrollable. the worst part of this is you only go off what the mechanic tells you,then things chance,the first 2 years was a hadache but not with bresciani its moving along,i waited on keas for weeks on end waiting on the partto be made up,wasnt his fault but the guys he dealt with,instantly 6 weeks wasted. all the **** that comes in this industry im hoping to erase it all when it hits the track.

Hey mate I think that anyone that bags you for how long your car has been in the build obviously has never done anything that requires any custom modifications or anything that is above the relm of a standard text book build because if they had any idea of the level of work manship that is involved in getting a race car to a track and being able to race it to the required standards is a sh it load of work let alone produce something of the standard of your car ! They also have no idea of how much work it takes to creat a drive train package of your magnitude I don't think people understand that this isn't just another 35/40 6boost package ! No matter how much money you have it doesn't always ensure that things happen over night it helps but not as much as people think. Now if we were in the good old usa you could most likely build the same car in a 1/4 of the time but there are vast differences in the availability of parts and skilled trades people that actually know what they are doing in our neck of the woods! All in all you might think that you are hardcore because you can give someone that you don't know over the internet a hard time thinking that you never will ever see the person in real life or that if you do they won't know you but we have to come back to the real world were you are a nobody and always will be I can't wait for the day when I go to the newsagent and pick up the street machine and there is your car on the cover ! Professional F U C K wits take the day off ! Practice pulling your head in instead of talking other peoples achievements down !

that was well said but i got nothing to hide,ive told everyone i hate cars i just enjoy the thrill of driving them,mechanically im not interested but im willing to learn just a little. the post office has lost my cnc billet plenum now thats anther head **** to the equasion but hey thats life...ill just get another. shearers bros has helped so much im sure his input will be scond to none,plus the fact im in sydney doesnt help,i cant be a wanna bee workshop hanger cause of the distant,lol. ill be sure to say hi to everyone one of you if your willing to say hi back and then we get mangled in the clubs of melb....good day. p.s those who dislike me know of me and know what i look like,i tend not to hide to run away like a little bitch,its all fun n games to me,lol.

No offence mate but as much as the bresciani's know about building monster vlt's, i find it very hard to believe that someone who hates the mechanical side of cars will break the 7 sec barrier.
