Does the 12v demister need any of the factory heater stuff? Like blower fan, plastic vent connectors in dash etc...

Nope it just mounts under your dash and the crash pad clips onto it... can do away with all the plastic pipes, heater core air cond etc

Hey Steff do you sell smaller alternator pulleys, I'm running a 25% underdriven powerbond crank pulley and I think it's screwing with my alternator rotation speed at idle because it makes 11.45v (with no acsessories on) at idle until I rev it a bit and then the revs rise and its fine.

I had this on a holden 5.0 running a gilmer belt kit, it wouldn't charge at idle or low rpm so driving around town or on highway top gear low rpm with a/c and stereo the battery would go flat so i pissed the gilmer kit off all the problems went away after that
i'm guessing you want to keep the underdrive pully so a smaller alt pully will fix your charging problem but it will cancel out the underdrive and still over spin the alt, so maybe exchange the pully for a 10% or 15% underdrive pully if avaliable..

Hey mate, I'm doing a full autometer dash and was wondering if you recalibrate the fuel senders to 230 ohms full and 33 empty?

We are selling these custom made fiberglass wiper panels to suit VN-VS for anyone who is interested in them, they are $220 inc GST. They add a nice touch to either an already custom bay, or just simply wanting to get rid of the factory fragile plastic one.
We are also going to be making one for VB-VL very shortly so will keep in touch with those.
