Turbo all fitted, used a silicon 19mm hose(from a caterpillar) for drain as it achieves "full flow" over most dash fittings(look inside a -10 fitting commonly used for a drain and they are very small and can cause backup of oil in core ruining the turbo.. Have at least 20mm clearance on all lines from housing really happy should last a long time, look a lot closer in the photo than they are,all lines held in place with metal zip ties higher up , fitted bung to dump pipe and oxygen sensor for microtech dash, dump pipe and exhaust all fitted up now! To old for this ****..lol, hands are bruised as **** and back hurts...highmounts are a lot easier..lmao ---------- Post added 04-12-16 at 19:11 ---------- ---------- Post added 04-12-16 at 19:13 ---------- ---------- Post added 04-12-16 at 19:18 ---------- Really need a injection of another colour..Cant wait to put wrinkle red rocker cover on it when its all finished. Dont want to do it till last so i dont scratch it. End up leaving hole in cam gear and powdercoating black, my mate Jason wanted it that way and seeing as he has helped heavily with the build, its fair to give him a say in how things are done. Cant build a car by yourself, always need one good mate helping to get **** done! We made a 4 inch intake pipe , but went and got some more stainless saturday I had a 45 degree of turbo which just cleared power steer pump and Cas, but it doesnt allow for rocker to sump pressure equalizer....so will try starting of with a silicon 90 degree of turbo now to get it "up" quicker and hopefully "just open up area for a -16 or worst case -12 equalizer..crossing my fingers! cheers darren Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

Ok...remade intake using 4 inch silicon 90. Then went and got a -16 extension for equalizer(as it just touched exhaust manifold as was Originally designed with 6boost t6 hi mount on it) All...jjjuuusst fits together.... But fitted new timing belt to motor as its a new.."old" (sitting for 8 yrs)motor and turned it over Roller rockers touch on both rocker covers baffles just.. Cant tap baffle down there as thats where rocker reinforcing is under...so next step Removed baffle and will get some small Baffles welded in higher....cars hey...a lot of people dont run baffles..but i rather not all The mist coming out my catch can on 35-40psi or whatever it makes "on kill" Ill take some pics tonight Cheers Darren

So i got this ****heap home a few weeks ago. Filled it with fluids, got new battery, powered up ecu. Switched on pumps..no fuel..after pulling fuses worked out intank pump not picking up.. also no power to canbus so no lcd dash. Not happy with accelerator cable, needs extending 20mm Power steering pump reservoir leaked out of a pinhole..just great ...push on fittings that rubber hose wont come of and cut it and it will be to short and to replace it, its radiator out etc as its crimped. Emptied tank, then we had a heatwave of over 35 degrees for a week, so it sat in shed stinking it out. then went on holiday for a week. Got back last night, went straight out into shed, fixed canbus wiring(its didnt come with a wiring diagram so was missing a wire once i asked someone that knew. Fixed fuel pump, was one bolt hole out, so primed fuel lines. removed power steer reservoir, getting welded atm, found a pinhole in weld but will have to re-powdercoat it black now.. and geting accerelator cable mount lengthened. After i get that all back hopefully by next weekend, can start car and go get it tuned. still got heaps of little jobs to keep me busy atm cheers darren
