It about $1600-1800 to get a RB30 head CNC and reconditioned ready to bolt on from Bullet or AED!!! Why bother with hand porting...

You dont know anything about CNC machining/porting? and the advantages it has over hand porting? Hand porting has its place but the consistancy of CNC and turn around time just makes hand porting look like a waste of time!!! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5xzBACjO_3Q http://www.bulletcylinderheads.com.a...-heads/?ids=68 (http://www.bulletcylinderheads.com.au/cylinder-heads/?ids=68)

The bloke who built my head didn't hand port the head. It was a weird looking contraption. Had all the same things as the CNC but he used dials & a computer to control the porting machine & the porting machine sat on top of a vacuum bench.
