OMG, have you tried this?? If you've changed the CAS & made no difference why didn't you change the Power Transistor??
Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

WTF?? This is not possible. The HV side of the coil is electrically isolated from the LV side. When the coil is firing you'll get somewhere around 30,000v at the spark plug leads.....not something you try and measure with a multimeter!
You are either reading/measuring wrong or the coil is shorted if you are seeing 12v at the spark plug lead.
I can't help but think the problem HAS to be related to the work you done on the fuel system.....You'd be really unlucky to have something else fail at the same time.
Check that you have 12v on the orange wire at the reverse polarity relay. It's possible that this supplies the haltech with power which then feeds the CAS.

27-04-12, 21:16 GMT+10#25 not as of yet i have fixed the problem with fuel always primeing, but as for the spark im re going over evrything to see if im getting fuel and all the rest of all that stuff fuel is coming out of hose, but i cleaned all the spark plugs but now even though i kicking it over it doesnt seem to be fouling up, so my next question is,if fuel is not going into througb injectors would that tell ecu not to spark?

Cas is the main reference for everything in the ecu. If you've got no signals from the cas, then this is your problem. Do you have 12v on the orange/black wire at the cas?
