That's no excuse to just ignore the guy, if he was having 'issues' the least he could do was pick up the phone and explain to it to his customers.
It's bad business, I say give it another week and if it still hasn't arrived I'd be asking for a refund PLUS whatever you paid for.

Has not happened to me for quite a while now thankfully.
No offence, but it's pretty hard to get scammed on eBay or you're doing something wrong, their feedback system is excellent and with PayPal Buyer Protection you really can't lose...

It's not? Recently got a roadworthy inspection done, the mechanics ****ed it up twice so I went back and got a refund plus a new roadworthy.
At the end of the day it's his reputation he is ruining, 4 weeks is a joke, nobody should have to wait that long for a part without an explaination.

22-03-12, 14:07 GMT+10#26 A lot of people dont understand the term 'bad business' when all theyre doing is selling an unused part on the internet... its not a business.
Saying its pretty hard to get scammed on ebay is an understatement. It only takes someone to keep your money and not send an item and you're done. Feedback isn't a guarantee of someones intentions.
Oh lastly, not many people are going to give you a full refund plus the thing you purchased for free even if there is a big stuff around. Usually best case is a refund!

Sorry I just assumed the seller had a business.
That's where PayPal buyer protection comes in, a refund is almost guarenteed if you pay for an item and don't receive it, you open up a case on PayPal, bada bing bada boom, refund.
