Good idea, hope it works out for you.
If there is any legal issues with hiring out a car without a license, just say they are chipping in a nice amount of petty money for a lift

at the moment, it looks like calaisturbo.com.au taxi service
site looks real nice, just with the legal side of stuff, you have to make it clear that you are in no way responsible for anything, representation of vehicle is done by the owner, and you have no control over that either

LOL yeah i know man i'll be getting more of a variety of cars up there within the next week or so....just been real busy with work to chase them up.
I've included all that in the terms and conditions, which users must agree to before listing a car or enquiring about one. But do you think i should make those points ^^^ more blunt and visible on the site???? Thanks for the feedback

Formal season has gone but i think it will do well for this year. im not into IT much but you have to make so when someone punches in key words your site comes up.

Make it so the T & Cs are undertsandable and in plain english. i used to drive hire cars in my day. There can be some legal concern if the car is not registerered with the correct dept of the goverment. The main thing is that the car has got insurance not normal insurance but public liability insurance.
