is the setup using a atmosphere vented BOV or the proper recirculating type? do you have rubber hoses connecting the intercooler system up that are leaking? is there a soft flexible rubber or silicone joiner between turbo-MAF-Aircleaner? if so how long?

Stock vlt bov Checked silicon joiners for the intercooler Replaced fuel regulator as the one that was on is rated for 15psi and above Car runs alot better but still randomly dies

I've used big 1000hp aeromotives on everything with no problem, unless its faulty, its probably not the only cause of this problem. (of course they need little mods to get their return flow correct) The ecu can bump the idle up using the air control valve and the idle motor. unplug the idle control motor, block the air control valve and see if this changes things... need to isolate the cause of the idle issue it will probably solve the stalling outs also. If by unplugging the idle motor the idle drops too low then adjust it back up via the hugh screw on the motor assbly. aim for 750rpm on something readable. also check the ecu and see if the 270 degree adjustment is halfway before you plug the idle motor back in. if the idle won't go low enough then check the throttle stop screw/nut as some noobs used this for idle adjustment. note: the icm could be clogged with years of neglect a possible faulty 02 sensor can cause weird issues, it can be unplugged for testing.
