yeah the a1rm are a bit of a tougher pad. chew the rotors a bit more to but you need to comprimise on that if you want braking performance

fitted my HPX pads last night. car brakes a dream. still bedding in but other than that they brake perfectly fine. a little bit of squeal but like i mentioned pads need to be bedded still. once bedded in i will do some heaving braking and let you know how i go. so far best bang for buck. brake well cold unlike ultimates and at only $87 delivered you cannot complain.

i was using A1RM on the front of my calais with the r33 gts-t brakes. i found them to be reasonably noisy and put out LOTS of dust... however they also bit well, and stopped hard. also they are rated up to 750 degrees C +, i didnt feel the slightest bit of brake fade doing laps on a racetrack, however they were only 5 lap stints. with penrite dot 4 fluid of course.

thats it you need to comprimise if you want high braking performance and and a good heat range you have to sucrifice for dust and a bit of noise. id rather noise and dust and good braking

bedded in my HPX pads car brakes brilliantly cold and no change even when warm. next to no dust little bit of squeal until bedded but until then brakes awsome. put the brakes through some heavy braking over and over again with no fade. i highly reccomend these as a high performance street pad. dont know how they would last on track but if your going to use it on track i would use the QFM A1RM pads.
