Can't access site?

Yeah its still having its odd moment when it heads in the wrong direction.. (This is being posted with the new ip etc)

I'm able to get on now, but before today i havnt been able to access the site. Seems to be working good now Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

I've had this problem tonight. When ever I type something then push the submit reply I end up with this. Warning: mysql_connect() [function.mysql-connect (http://www.calaisturbo.com.au/function.mysql-connect)]: Too many connections in [path]/images/ads/ads.php on line 16 & doesn't load, I'd would have to push refresh button, then what ever I type's I'd lost LOL. Annoying. Some original photos have not been recovered yet.
