Aparently there is a scientist fela that has figured out whats happened. The 2 plates have moved approx 5meters apart. They wil kep shaking for next few weeks to settle back together.
Lastnyt was out of it, im an hour south of chch, and you can hear them cuming, outside goes quiet then house moved, quite strange feeling.

Of course I'll have to laugh at that.
My mate was over there, I'll blame him. Going to be fun times cleaning up that damage.
Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

I Left Christchurch with my 7yo boy yesterday(he not liking the quakes at all) to go to Timaru. I was at work(Skope) yesterday morning when that 5.2 hit it was freaky as 250 people or more ran out into the street as the factory shaked like crazy. I thought it would be getting better by now but it isnt CHCH was rocked last night by some good quakes. My VL ran mint all the way here( 2hrs south of CHCH). There is a Chrysler run/show on Saturday so hopefully i can boost past some old 6s. Be Safe CHCH!!!
