We have been working with authorities to try and resolve a number of issues and have just run out of time. Which authorities won't allow the event to continue? It's nothing to do with Easternats and nothing to do with the riot. I seriously don't understand the thinking that some take. Does this mean that they can begin to cancel any motorsport event?

Local council approval was required I understand (although I am not 100% on this), which is generally not a problem, but the local council got nervous because they probably saw the same crowd going to Winton that trashed the Bob Jane store, and they didn't want that rabel in their town, and I can understand that.

Has it got anything to do with the AASA?
