get heaps of pic up of the car man. engine bay, interior, sterio, anything that was custom. This way if the worse was to happen and its stripped out parts may start to show up and be tracked back to the theif. Show everyone what it has that may show up for sale at some stage. It all helps, but dont give up hope.

i agree with MrSquigle, get as many photos up on the net as you can. if only vl's had some kind of tracking chip...
