are u guys who're breaking lifters using aftermarket valve springs at all...?? cause back when i still used standard springs, i smashed the **** out of a handful of genuine nissan lifters, the tops where the rocker arms make contact broke them into bits.... I heard due to not having springs and trying to push power...

yeah man i had a crow cam and spring package so i was using the right springs and there was no collar bind etc on any spring's just crap quality lifters. they are actually and the engine builders waiting to be looked at by the rep so i can get my money back. and the engine builder wasnt happy because he said they use alot of precsion lifts and he said there was generally only two lifter brand that they deal with or that make them precsion and another brand that had a jap name some thing "busa" but yeah to the point stick with nissan ones imo, aftermarket may be alright for an engine that gets babyed around all the time but.
