got 130rwkw out of my na single cammer, got it on a dynamics dyno out in sydneys west. and my NA injectors have a fair way to go also, not maxed out at all not even close. i have a few dyno sheets ranging from cammed with vl tb and no ecu to xf tb cammed and ecu. obviously port and polished head and balanced bottom end.

why would holden/nissan then upgrade their injectors if the n/a ones could handle the power the turbo was making... are you sure your injectors aren't upgraded... seeing as everything else of yours seems to be upgraded...

Yeah, you're still not even close to 220rwkw either. I'm sorry, but the flow rates don't lie.

well some one above said that the na injectors can only handle 120rwkw but i can prove that they are wrong. also the na injectors (black tops) can handle roughly 220kw the turbo injectors (brown tops ) can handle a lot more, you can easily run turbo injectors with 14psi from the turbo. the thing that is holding me back from making more power is; a) single throttle body (XF) b) the cam is ground as far as it can go without using twin springs and grinding the head for the cam to fit. now i have 2 throttle bodies at work, i am in the design stage to make a decent twin throttle setup. or i was in the thinking of getting a rb26 head, but its hard to find a rb26 head for sale that is in god condition for cheap, in saying that at the last resort i could go a rb20 head which if used correctly you could get a 10.5:1 comp na which could be cheaper then the rb26 but you lose the 6 throttle bodies.

Ok, so how can you prove that is wrong? Your post hasn't done that. My question to you, is why do some many people run out of headroom with stock ECU and injectors at around 220rwkw?

And then spraying carby cleaner into them whilst cranking, just to get a bite out of it. Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

yep sure is, it's got a forged bottom end, high comp, big cams etc. It's going in a 2 seater 260z and he's expecting 300rwhp, will be interesting!

Something I miss about driving my VL (It's unregistered) , the SS has a good amount of power (300 FWKW) and HSV spec final drive ratio (3.9:1) but it doesn't have the smoothness of the Nissan engine either , I was surprised when I started it up after sitting for a while how refined it is compared to the VY. If I wanted more NA power I'd stick in a Toyota or Nissan V8 for something different, I've heard they're very smooth engines.
