try checking your fuel pressure maybe its an electrical issue with the fuel pump?
Failing that i would have a good look at the 12v plug to the coil, the power transistor plug and the 4 wire cas plug, overtime with the weight of the wire hanging off the plug the contacts bend and cause a crappy connection, when the car heats up the wires soften and bend a bit more causing the car to stall, this is happened to me it was my 12v coil plug.

The annoying thing is that it is such a broad problem...the only way to find the problem is elimination, it could be anything really. Do some diagnostics.
Is the fuel pump priming? Have you checked your fuel pressure? Have you tried a ecu? it is a long shot but very easy to test another one.
Have to ask questions like what does it seem like the problem is? ie is it starving of fuel, running to rich, lack of spark, timing of spark.
Also something similar happened to me. Check all your wiring at the back of the firewall. Mine shorted out causing my PT, CAS and fuseable link to all sh1t themselves.

he has tried multiple complete dizzys patches, doing the whole dizzy is obviously easier than changing the cas its self. all were in unknown condition though, we spoke to a guy today who gave us a couple of new things to try though.

Could be a busted fuel pressure regulator , happened to me many years ago in my first VL, turned out that the cylinders were filling up with fuel but the engine wouldn't even crank over.
The fuel was coming back through the vacuum line on the pressure regulator as the diaphragm was busted.
