I have been checking the cruise for charity site every morning and nothing has been said regarding the meeting point yet. Though I just emailed Kelvin and will let you know what he says.

a permit is only to be used to travel to a place of registration (vicroads) or to a workshop to get things fixed.. of course he will get picked on
