I dont remeber the XY stolen which was in a garage etc? everyone knows about that xy... this is a different one.. but still " THIEVES had to move two Rolls Royces out of the way to steal a rare Ford Falcon worth worth more than $600,000 from an auto repair shop in Perth. The car, a red 1971 Phase III GT HO Falcon Sedan registration number 71 HO was a collector's item in Australia, police said. The shiny piece of automobile history was stolen on Monday night from a workshop in Perth's east suburban Osborne Park by thieves who forced open a padlock. They had to move other cars to get to the Falcon - including two Rolls Royces, a late model Holden GTS Monaro valued at $100,000 and a Honda Odyssey. " and who didnt know about the ultrasonic sensors? i thought it was common knowledge, just how solex locks are easily opened? my car almost got stolen, only thing i ran outside with a cricketbat half naked and the potential thiefs saw me busted door and boot locks best way is to not let anybody konw where u live (off forums) dont advertise what you got... (anyone apart from kyle and marmo know whats in my car?) if u got a system, dont pump it near where you are gonna park (my mate done that went back to his car, and all there was left was the cable hanging out of the boot)

mad wog... i shouldve know u would put ur 2 cents in as i said it is very important how it is installed... and it how do u know that they didnt steal the keys for the xy? nothing said about an alarm being bypassed or beaten? if a car has a alarm system with 2 to three immobilisation points it cannot be DRIVEN off.... without at least 15 - 20 mins of wiring underdash. car can still be towed etc.... or easier if they have the keys with alarm remote. if u fit tilt sensors it will go off if they try to tow it Some original photos have not been recovered yet.
