I love the ass ends on s14s! I cant afford a s15 yet.. Unless darren wants to give it to me cheap! dont do it mate specially not for a s14 and trust me it is hard to find clean vls these days so yeah you might think 9500 is a good offer but try finding one clean for that price its hard!

yer this car is tuff man.. just put a 35/40 on it and a motec fck getting a 2L Buz box 200sx.. & GTR's are sweet but expensive to Maintain man. The VL has already been painted so might aswell keep it and make it even more tuff Rob Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

go the gtr... how long can you drive a dead stock n/a converted for, its clean but its still not an original turbo blah blah blah 9500 is a **** load for a n/a converted... take it.. and with the massive downfall in money over the world imports have dropped in price heaps get a GTR.... GTR or converted N/A thats the question...

Its more of a i want something newer that I wont break **** on.

Just as expensive to maintain as any other car with good maintenance records. I think Jack hit the nail on the head, 9.5k is heaps and its not like you won't find another one if you do happen to regret it, but I can almost vouch for the fact you won't regret it, I don't If people like Darren & Jack can spend 10's of thousands on their VLT's and move on without regret then it shouldn't be an issue for you Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

In your case Mark, I would seriously have to think twice with scheels and sunroof genuine LW5 MS1 but in Bogyz position I think I would move on, buy another later if need be

Mine was LW5 and I love VLs as much as anyone and I still don't regret it... they'll always be around. I wouldnt think twice about selling a high comp for 9500?? I've sold a couple of standardish LW5s and really struggled to get even near that. Dallas' old red one which was LF1 but genuine turbo everything driveline, $6000 red/silver paint, sunroof and immac S2 beige interior only got like 6500 or something rego'd up here.

As far as i can see if you blow the gearbox your pretty stuffed and they are not unbreakable like the supra box's..which are same as the gearbox's in the R34GTR's..Then if you buy a 2nd hand one how do u know if thats gonna last and not be flogged? seen as its come out of a old performance car.. I think I will take the offer, She went to the mechanics today to smooth some issues out and a general service Ill speak to the guy tonight about it. Thanks for all your input guys

How is that any different to a vl running a r33 gearbox? Or any other modded import All cars once you start playing with them cost alot. I agree with the rare panels etc thats one reason why I'm not keen on the the less common imports Some original photos have not been recovered yet.
