you'd need a big block to spool that up in any decent time. I take it it's journal bearing too?

gt4508- 80mm compressor wheel(versus gt4202 74mm) 1200hp,price $3-3.5G. The smallest turbo you can use in the states to crack 1000rwhp on there dynojets in something like a supra, the 4202 and smaller don't get there. cheers darren Quote: Originally Posted by 87VLT i have a gt45 on my 2jz n it a lagg king..it hits boost at 4000rpm n she pulls hard but it aint a good streeter but a good dyno queen Is it actually a gt45?, so many people call there Gt4202's /gt4294's gt45's, as back in the day when i got mine they used to be called gt42/45's and had no coding. Just wondering as you don't hear of many gt4508's used here cheers darren

this isnt aimed at every one but for any one that made a smart arse remark after i posted a simple question " get ****ed ". but to everyone else the reason i ask is that i found one that seemed pretty cheap and as im not a full on mechanic or work for garrett i thought i would ask the ? so cheers for those of you they are grown up enough to post a simple answer, also cheers for the little street story in the top few post that was pretty funny..
