i dont MIND street commondores.... if it has a NICE vl TURBO (keyword...turbo......) seeing as holdens dont excite me too much, unless theyve got some really awesome engine package or have done some spectacular time....meh (mind you, some of the oldskool commodores that have featured over the past year have been pretty cool) but if i had to say my favourite? definetly ZOOM - has all my favourites - VL's, turbo'd imports and...ROTARIES! Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

street commodores have better cars, better write ups and better Chamois! Street Machine Commodores should never have been made up, it just lives off the rep of Street Machine... If Street Machine wasn't around and that mag came out, it would have shut up shop a long time ago....

SC. ive bought SMC before and it just wasnt that good at all, the information tech on the cars wasnt laid out prooperly and didnt give u all the info... ive been reading/buying SC for the past 3 years and dont plan on stopping especially seeing as u get a dvd every 2 months... win win

I used to buy SC/SMC all time when I 17-18, then just got bored with them. Stop being interested in how pretty it was (aka sydney spec) and was more into the nitty gritty of what parts made it go. Still buy em occasionally, but more of a Zoom fan.

Zoom is in house with SC anyway... different mags targeted at different audiences.
