imsure r33 gtr has variable differential thingy majingy where you can send power to the front or rear?

Sure does. Quite a common system now. Trick diffs and clutches in the driveline allow the torque to be shuffled between the front and rear axles to increase traction. Apparently they could send as much as 98% of the power to the rears for launching, reverting to 50/50 split for standard driving. Manufacturers are tending to go for a more rear biased split now as it provides better driving experience and feel.

To be quite brutally honest here tiger, I don't think you seem to have a firm grip on what you're considering here, how do you propose to 'install' 4WD into a VL. You seem pre-occupied with building a car that has GTR running gear, in a car that handles like a wet rope. Never mind that it's gonna cost you at least 50 large, and if you've got that kind of cash, go buy yourself an R34 and put a dose pipe on it.

At the end of the day it will still be a VL (no offence intended, we all know what they are like)
