In my experience it all comes down to the copper. If hes a young bloke he understands what a car enthusiast is, but an older one looks at you in a VL with a DADA jumper on and straight away thinks your up to no good and defects you as a precaution pointing at you "It's people like you...." Many police jump behind me and follow me down the road presumably checking my rego and then do a U turn because I know I got a clean record(and maybe my rego isn't being noted attending RCK cruises ) In my opinion I agree with NTMID8 but like I said it all comes down to the age of the copper and if he's having a ****ty day.

oh no thats too close to where i live. well i think that if you drive a vl cops pick on you no matter what. i'm on my P's i'm 17 but before all of you's say he is a hoon i aint at the start of this year i have been pulled over many times by the cops defected once. but since then cops have not picked on me only because the fact that i took my custom plate down witch read "WOGBOY" but i reakon they are going to start cracking down on us even more all you older people are safe guys like me on our P's that dont go around doing burnouts seeing how fast we can go get punished witch is crap

haha yeah apparently there was a guy on every stop recording all the driving going on ... weather he was a cop or a pissed off person thats another story..
but this will have been done to get the communitys response to it and since its a big thing theses days they will get more resources and **** to go bigger and further with the crack downs..
eg street ragers the other night.. there was like 9 cars max.. 7 defected. 2-3 arrests and a few impounded.. work it out.. much more money in there for them as well to look good to the public.
The more annoying thing is all these car groups with 10 cars in it calling them self cruises publishing **** everywhere just ruin it for the ppl that just cruise around with a few mates and get hasseled cause ppl think they will be up to no good..

haha thats wrong to mate... i been to regency 6 times in the past 19 months and each time I have been defected I been driving sensibly in a neat car and I am 25... Cops just pick on VL turbos, plain and simple

Wow your unlucky, ive owned 5 vl's its all ive ever driven, and never been pulled over in one.
