OK well after installing a good pedal and pin and with my adjustable rod its feels grate havnt fine tuned it yet but its disengaging properly (no notchy gear changes) also the point where it disengages it alot higher so u dont have to push the pedal much, but i still do just incase lol.
Heres a pic of the adjustable rod i made up. I did it real quick so it arnt pritty but hey u dont see it.

Well The clutch still didnt feel like it should and it also started slipping so i pulled the box out and removed to clutch and was horrifide at what i found from 1000km of normal driving to bed it in the ceramic material before i give it a hard time. (seller recomended 600km) anyway now its beded in and gave it some stick and slips like crazy.
Heres some pics remember its only 1000km normal driving with a few squirts and it slipping and engine hitting the limiter before i could back off a few times.
I always thought there was something ****ed with it from the start, now the vlt in the shed taking up room while i try to somehow get my money back. Of course hes going to say I must of been doing hard launchs, burnout etc when thats not the case obviously something is wrong with it.

Holy crap! What does your flywheel look like?
Looks like your flywheel has been sitting on the bottom of the ocean and you've whacked that clutch on it!
Not good man.... What brand/type is that clutch?
Thats what My poor old flywheel looks like was perfect when i put it on will be off to get machine tomorrow at my expense
Apparently its a Exedy Sports Tuff pressure plate with a Valeo Cusioned ceramic clutch plate.
Im very disappointed in it, I had trouble from the start with it not disengaging and now this.
Anyway I cant do anything about it now other then send it off and wait.

Whoah.........look at all the hot spots and shuddering. It looks like you gave it a hard time dude, but clearly you haven't been.
Myabe spend a bit more this time and go for a better clutch?
Yeh poor man always pays twise..... Thats how the saying goes doesnt it.
Gunna talk to Jim Berry apparently he the guy to talk to.
What could course that???
It would shudder with my foot to the floor and hard to gears notchy (**** i hope my syncros are ok) right from the start.
Could it have been not disengaging slipping doing the damage i donno
How much is it worth to re torque my standard pressure plate right up and use a standard or heavy duty organic clutch plate. Could be a cheap option so i can get the car back together.
20 000km or 12 Apparently on the site but i sent him a e mail with pics etc and he replied saying. He would have to send it on to the company to for testing before any chance of geting a refund and only if it was a problem with the pressure plate but he didnt sound to confident.
He sorta just the middle man.
Cheers mate thanks Ill let u know
How much power will my standard pressure plate n disc hold??
manual says its 5688N, 581.14KG or 1281.2 LBF clamping pressure.
Not much at all.

Well i sent him the clutch back and hes sent it to exedy to get test, obviously the clutch disk is ****ed and burnt out but it was because of the pressure plate.
I put a standard clutch back in so i could get it out of the workshop,
There ****, slipped straight away as boost came on in 3rd lol.
You said you adjusted the pedal pushrod and after a few days it was back to normal - i would check your clutch fork while the box is out. Have seen several of them crack near the pivot point which causes symptoms similar to those you described.

Cheaked everything to do with the clutch ( fork, ball, etc) on install of the cushion button clutch, everything was perfect with the clutch but pressure plate never released properly, made it hard to shift (notchy) and burn the clutch plate out in 1000km.
Ive only put a standard clutch back in for now so i could get it out of my workshop.
I need to get some money back on the defective clutch kit, before i can afford (inbetween jobs) to get my standard pressure plate re torqued to 3000lbs with a full face organic clutch disk. Wont ever use ceramic again unless im running slicks.
cars making 354 rwhp.
Took it out on my mates long driveway to test the it out with a new standard clutch after beding it in a little.
dumped 2nd from stand still and broke traction and by all the smoke i didnt think it was slipping, changed slowly to 3rd boost and didnt seem to slip. slowed down a little and dump 3rd and it just slipped.
I think it just got to much heat into it,
Hopefully it will last untill i can get some cash back.
Update:
Exeedy is sending me a new clutch kit, Only because I have been busting there balls about it. They havn't done a report on it yet as the warrenty guy has been away on holidays for weeks.
Was hoping for a refund, but Its better then nothing.
Its a 2425lb pressure plate wich has 25lb more clamping force then if i where to modify the standard pressure plate.
Im going to see how it goings with a full face organic disk as I wont be running slicks yet.
What do you guys think about adjusting the fork pivot ball??
I had problems with it not releasing the first time. Dont know yet if it was a problem with the pressure plate or not.
Should I put a 3 mm washer in there or leave it?
Can anyone recommend a Decent Full face organic clutch disk??
